14-Day Returns Policy for Hair & Beauty Products (UK)
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unopened and unused: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
In original packaging: The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.
Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items without their original packaging or tamper seals.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
Perishable items or custom-made products.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@aimez-vous.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Send the item(s) back using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item), we will also refund your delivery costs.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
